| 摘 要： | 改革开放需要高素质人才,以学历教育为主的传统公安教育不能满足日益繁重的公安工作需要,在市场经济条件下难以继续发展,而职业教育却有着广阔的生存空间.从公安工作的实际需要出发,进行公安教育改革,大力发展职业教育,足社会发展的必然.
