| Abstract: | With the impact of world financial crisis,we should implement active financial policies to inspire an increase and employment.However,active financial policy must be combined with the strengthening of reform so as to inspire an increase,expand domestic demand and regulate the structure and therefore,active financial policy can play a full role in the economic growth. |
