| 摘 要： | 社会主义荣辱观对师德建设提出了新的要求,体现在政治思想、做人做事、交友等方面。因此,加强师德建设应以社会主义荣辱观为指导,建立师德准入制度,师德评价制度,应尊重学生、理解学生,在课堂上做好教书育人,将师德建设落在实处。

| Abstract: | The Socialist Concept of Honors and Disgraces has presented the Teachers＇ Moral Construction a new demand, which is reflected in politics and thought, work and life, and making friends, etc. Therefore, enhancing the work should take Socialist Honors and Disgraces as the guide, set up systems of Morality Access and Morality Evaluation, greatly promote morality, respect and understand students, and do good in teaching and cultivating to put morality education into effect. |
