| 摘 要： | 金融衍生产品的发展对于我国的经济金融环境都有着重要的影响,股改权证则是我国发展金融衍生品市场走出的第一步。文章以股改权证为例,统观金融衍生产品整体,论述了我国发展金融衍生市场的意义、必要条件以及现阶段存在的问题和解决方法。
