本文对当前我国有关经济法基本原则具有代表性的观点进行了揭示和评判。作为本文论旨之所在 ,作者着重论析了其所认为的经济法的两大基本原则 ,即适当干预原则与合理竞争原则。

On Fundamental Principles of the Economic Law

The fundamental principles of the economic law is an important fundamental theoretical problem. Scholars of China have made much research on it. But there are some weak points and even faults at different degrees in the author's opinion. So the thesis firstly argues about fundamental principle of the economic law and relative economic law's fundamental principle one by one on this base. In the purpose of the thesis, the author emphatically analyzes the economic law's two fundamental principles in his own opinion, appropriate interference principles and reasonable competition principles.
