| 摘 要： | 矫治工作者是监所从事矫治工作的主体,对他们在工作中经常出现的心理问题进行研究,对矫治工作者队伍建设和素养提高具有重要的意义。矫治工作者常出现的心理问题包括常见认知偏差、情绪问题以及人际关系问题,矫治工作者可以通过自我接纳、内省以及专业成长等积极途径和方法应对这些问题。

| Abstract: | The research on copying with correctors' psychological problems is very important for prison or other correctional institution.The psychological problems of corrector include the cognitive bias,emotional problems,and problems of relationship.Corrector may copy with these problems by accepting oneself,reflecting,and taking part in professional development and get growth from the process. |
