抢劫罪研究概况及述评

本文在占有翔实资料的基础上,梳理了自1979年至今抢劫罪研究概况及发展脉络,并对抢劫罪的研究现状进行了比较客观的整体评论,在评论的过程中涉及到了关于“携带凶器抢夺”、抢劫罪的对象范围、抢劫罪的既遂与未遂、抢劫罪的加重处罚情节以及关于转化型抢劫罪等近年来学界比较关注的热点问题及主要研究得失,并总结了抢劫罪研究的整体成就和不足,意图为有志于深入研究抢劫罪的后继者提供进一步研究的线索。

The general situation and the comment on the study of robbery crime

On the basis of plenty of materials,the author undertakes a clear study on the general situation and the devlopment of robbery crime and gives an objective comment on such issues as forcibly seizing with lethal weapons,the scope of the object of the robbery crime,the completed and attempted and the aggravated offense.The author summarizes the achievement and the drawback of the study of robbery crime so as to provide some clue for further studies.
