| 摘 要： | 随着非公有制经济的迅猛发展 ,职工队伍结构发生了明显变化 ,工会组织工作出现了许多诸如工会会员流失、工会主席兼职、新建企业建会难等新情况和新问题。为此 ,必须从实际出发 ,努力研究和探索工会组织建设的新方法和新途径 ,切实加强工会组织建设。
