WTO Agreement has certain vagueness in the jurisdiction over foreign exchange affairs, which is by no means a legislative defect or ignorance but is of great rationality. The existing WTO legal framework leaves much room for itself to extend the jurisdiction over foreign exchange affairs. In view of the vagueness and the present political plight in solving disputes pertaining foreign exchange, one can tell that WTO’s jurisdiction over foreign exchange affairs is bound to be developed in the future.
