论刑事侦查学基础理论唯理论特征

On Rationalistic Characteristics of Basic Theory of Criminal Detection

The thinking mode, which regards the criminal detection as a kind of cognitive activity and it describes the detective activity with the paradigms of philosophical subject and object, turns into the methodology on the basic study of detection without demonstration long since. From the angle of linguistic logic,the theory,which explores necessity and seeks absolution,is of rationalistic characteristics.This thinking mode is the outcome of interaction of some factors as politics,philosophy and cullure under specified historical circumstances.It fully embodies ideological characteristics of these activities of seeking theory.Thus,changing the thinking mode in studying theory and setting up statement on new knowledge of crime and detection which embodies the open requirements of social development are not only of theoretical significance,but of important and realistic practical valve in reformation of judicial system.
