摘    要:非公有制经济人士的地位、作用得到社会承认以后,面临着完美形象、提高人文文化素质的突出问题。非公有制经济人士应具备的人文文化素质是:刚健有为,自强不息;厚德载物,以人为本;内圣外王,以德为先;见利思义,诚信知报。

Abstract:After the position and function have been acknowledged by the society, the non-public economy representative people are facing the prominent problem of perfecting image and promoting the humanistic cultural quality. The humanistic cultural qualities that the non-public economy representative people should own are: to be vigorous and promising; to continue self-renewal; Great virtue carries happiness with it; To regard people as the basic thing; a learning both sound in theory and practice; to regard virtue as the most important thing; to think honor at the prospect of profits; to be honest and grateful.
