行政权力制约机制与廉政建设

从行政权力腐败的运行规律和特点看,我国行政腐败的形成与蔓延与政府过度干预、行政法制滞后、民主参与不足有着密切的关系。治理行政权力腐败的核心是制约行政权力,要全面推进依法行政和反腐倡廉工作,必须建立健全适合我国国情的行政权力控制、规范、制衡、责任、监督机制。
