西部大开发在宁夏实施的效果评价

目前,西部大开发工作在宁夏正积极有序地稳步推进,尤其是在基础设施和生态建设等方面取得了较大成效。但是,在吸引民间投资、外资、软环境建设、工业化、居民收入提高等方面,则推进得比较缓慢,至今尚存在不少问题。因此,在今后进一步实施西部大开发的过程中,宁夏还需要在这些方面加大改革开放的力度。

Evaluation on the Effect of the Implementation of West Development Strategy in Ningxia

So far, the West Development Strategy has been implemented smoothly and orderly in Ningxia. It has achieved greatly in the fields of infrastructure and ecological construction. However, it fails to make a quicker progress in such fields as nongovernmental investment, foreign capitals, the construction of soft environment, industrialization and the improvement of citizens' income. There are many problems existing in these fields so far. Therefore, Ninxia needs to reinforce its reform in the aspects mentioned above in the course of its future further implementation of the West Development Strategy.
