| Abstract: | Sentencing proposal system consists of rules based on the procuratorate's initiating a criminal puninshment,to ensure the degree of punishment commensurated with the crime committed.Establishing and perfecting the sentencing proposal system has its importance to protect the sentence justice,enhance the prosecution supervision,prevent the jurisdiction corrupt,and improve the efficiency of the prosecution. |
