留住企业关键性人才之我见

摘    要:关键性人才是企业发展的中流砥柱,是企业在市场竞争中取胜的中坚力量。只有吸引并留住关键性人才,企业才能在人才竞争中获得优势,从而在市场竞争中取胜。留住企业关键性人才,根本上靠的是企业的综合实力。这就要求企业在注重经营绩效的同时,努力创造优秀的企业文化,树立全新的以人为本的经营理念,注重管理中的感情投入,科学地进行激励机制设计,并重视关键性人才自身的成长。

Abstract:Vital talents are the firm rock in midstream in developing enterprises and the backbone in winning the competition in markets.So long as it attracts and keeps vital talents,a company can be at an advantage in manpower competition,thus winning the competition in markets.Whether a company can keep vital talents depends on its comprehensive power,which demands that enterprises try to create excellent corporate culture,form a new human-oriented running ideology,regard emotional input in management,devise a scientific incentive system and make the development of vital talents a priority in addition to emphasizing performances.
