| 摘 要： | 作为衡量审查逮捕案件质量的一项重要指标,捕后轻刑率为评价审查逮捕案件质量提供了可量化的基础数据和考评标尺。通过对宁波市案件材料进行分类统计、实证分析,找出捕后轻刑率高居不下的症结所在,为全市乃至更大范围内审查逮捕办案人员准确把握办案尺度,提高审查逮捕案件办理质量提供有益帮助。
