再评洛克财产权劳动理论——兼与易继明博士商榷

Although Locke's theory of property-labor provided a philosophical basis for the rationality of the establishment and protection of the intellectual property, it didn't differentiate the connotation and extension, cope with the relations between labor and capital, labor and its catabolism, efficiency and justice, and so on. There were still some defects when it explained the intellectual property legal systems. As a private right, the rationality of intellectual property depends on labor, personality, efficiency, justice, and so on.
