| 摘 要： | 我国刑法对公有制经济和非公有制经济的差别性保护 ,不利于非公有制经济的发展 ,影响了其在社会主义市场经济中的重要作用的发挥。因此 ,有必要对刑法作出相应调整 ,以强化对非公有制经济的保护 ,实现刑法的平等保护。

| Abstract: | Now our Crime Law give the deferential treatment to state own economy and non-state own economy.It's dis advantage for non-state own economy and infertere whose developement in market economy,In order to develop market economy , we should give the same right to non-state own economy .Only through this way, can we develop quickly and protect non-state own strongly. |
