| 摘 要： | 在犯罪学领域,商业贿赂犯罪有时是指刑法规定的涉及商业领域的各类贿赂犯罪,有时则是指商业领域的贿赂违法行为。商业贿赂的犯罪手段日益多样,隐蔽性越来越强,犯罪领域广泛,但也凸显出一定的行业特征,而且,涉外商业贿赂犯罪已经本土化。商业贿赂的产生有主客观多方面的原因。防治商业贿赂犯罪的对策既包括预防商业贿赂犯罪的对策,也包括查处商业贿赂犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | In criminology,commercial bribery means the bribery crimes in business,while it also refers to unlawful acts in business sometimes.The means of such crimes become more and more numerous and secret.What's more,commercial bribery concerns extensive fields,and the commercial bribery concerning foreign factors is becoming local adaptation.There are reasons to commercial bribery,including subjective reasons and objective reasons.And the prevention actions should involve preventive measures as well as investigate... |
