| 摘 要： | 行政领导在经济社会发展中具有重要的作用和地位,健全其选拔任用机制必须强化政缋考核。本文在深入、全面地分析政绩考核问题及其产生原因的基础上,提出了要坚持正确的考核原则,提高考核主体的素质,以及健全政绩考核机制、奖惩机制、监督机制,以实现行政领导政绩考核的科学化。
