建立健全贯彻落实科学发展观的制度、体制和机制

改革开放以来,我国的经济体制改革在理论和实践两个方面都取得了举世瞩目的成就和进展,为贯彻落实科学发展观提供了制度、体制和机制保障。但也应当看到,社会主义市场经济体制还不完善,相对于经济体制改革,政治体制、文化体制和社会建设等方面的改革显得滞后,贯彻落实科学发展观的制度、体制和机制性障碍仍然存在。我们必须以更大决心加快推进改革,强化制度、体制和机制创新,使关系经济社会发展全局的重大体制改革取得突破性进展。

Establish And Perfect The System, The Body And The Mechanism Of Implementing Scientific Concept Of Development

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,China's economic reform has obtained great achievement theoretically and practically,which attracts worldwide attention,providing safeguard of system or mechanism for the implementation of the scientific concept of development.And we should be aware that the system of socialist market-oriented economy is imperfect and lags behind the reform of economic system,political and cultural mechanism,and the socialist construction.There exist the obstacles in carrying out the scientific concept of development systematically and mechanically.We must strengthen our determination to forge ahead the reform,to better and innovate the system and mechanism so that the important mechanic reform concerning the overall situation of economic and social development has been made unprecedented progress.
