抓住评估契机提高高校管理水平

当前有许多高校对如何通过评估的关心更甚于如何提高自身的管理水平。这其实是对评估工作的一种错误理解,没有真正体会“以评促建”的评估精神,单纯为了评估而评估。如果不抓住这次评估契机,对高校日常工作进行反思,发现问题,及时改进并提高管理水平,即使侥幸通过评估,在以后高校的发展道路上仍然是危机重重。

Regarding Appraisal as a Turning Point to Improve Management in Institutions of Higher Learning

Many institutions of higher learning are more concerned about how to get a pass in the appraisal work than how to improve self-management.They misunderstand the appraisal work as mere appraisal without real understanding of its essence of appraising in order to promote construction.If we failed to make good use of this appraisal,that is,if we failed to do some introspection to find problems in our daily routine work and if we failed to timely improve and upgrade our management,we would have to face more serious situations on our way of development even if we get a pass by sheer good luck.
