| 摘 要： | 20 0 1年 1月 1日 ,国务院发布的《国家行政机关公文处理办法》正式施行。该《办法》切合时代及公文处理实际工作的需求 ,对 1993年国务院办公厅发布的《办法》进行了充分的补充、修改。通过比较研究 ,把握这些变化差异 ,发现其先进之处 ,对更好地学习、贯彻该《办法》具有积极意义

| Abstract: | The late issue of the Method of Government Agency Documentation promulgated by State Council was formally enforced on January1 st ,2001.It had replenished and revised the issue in 1993 to meet the demand of times and minister the actual needs of documentation in work.It is imperative to make a comparison between the late issue and the early one,in the meanwhile,grasp the difference between them and find out the advanced merits for the sake of understanding and implementing it. |
