| 摘 要： | 本文在借鉴国外金融资产管理公司运作的成功经验的基础上 ,对我国金融资产管理公司的组织形式、组织机构及债转股后 ,金融资产管理公司股东的持股形式、股东权利和股权流通等问题作了具体的分析 ,并提出了立法建议。
