结合目前我国刑法理论上关于单位犯罪定义的各种表述 ,围绕单位犯罪的定义中应该包括的内容展开讨论 ,对单位犯罪的定义进行了新的阐释 ,认为单位犯罪是指公司、企业、事业单位、机关、团体出于其意志 ,通过其直接责任人员实施的依法应当承担刑事责任的危害社会的行为。

Further discussion of the definition of corporate crime

In this article, aiming at several kinds of definitions of corporate crime in criminal theory in our country, the author puts forwards a new definition of corporate crime, that is, corporate crime is a harmful behavior to the society for the benefit of some organizations such as the corporation, enterprise, unit and state organs, which is implemented directly by the person in charge and should be charged with penalty punishment.
