| 摘 要： | 从公安院校学员亚规范行为产生的现象入手，通过对某公安院校部分学员进行问卷调查，分析学员亚规范行为产生的原因，提出了如何克服学员亚规范行为的具体措施，使公安院校警务化管理更加科学规范，使学员真正养成作风优良、纪律严明、训练有素的警察职业素养。

| Abstract: | Started from sub-regularities of students in police college,the paper analyzed the reason of sub-regularities behavior,put forward concrete measures on how to overcome sub-regularities behavior of students through questionnaires to some students in college college to make our police management of police college more scientific and regulated and to make students develop police professional qualities with fine style of work,strict discipline and trained qualities. |
