| 摘 要： | 行政公益诉讼作为一种新型的诉讼制度,与一般的行政诉讼相比,有其独特的功能,它更加关注对公共利益和社会利益的保护。本文就行政公益诉讼的法理基础和许性作一分析,同时就公益诉讼具体制度中的受案范围、原告资格、举证责任等问题进行了探讨。
