对预防交通民警在执法中遭受不法侵害的思考

近年来,交通民警在执法过程中遭受各种不法侵害的事件在不断增多。当前交通民警受到不法侵害的原因是多方面的,从起因上来看,不法侵害可分为以下两种类型:第一是由犯罪行为引发的不法侵害;第二是由交通执法纠纷引发的不法侵害。为了有效降低交通民警遭受不法侵害,应提高民警自我保护的能力,完善交警应急指挥机制,改善媒体导向的环境,提高交警执法工作水平。

In recent years,traffic police frequently encounter violent resistance and counterwork from the lawbreakers when they are executing the law.During the course of executing the law,traffic policemen are made lawless raids every now and then.These incidents have their external causes and internal causes.Such frequent occurrences not only do direct harm to the human rights of the policemen and policewomen,but also put the health and life of the police in great danger.Moreover,these incidents directly further the illegitimacy with violence,and therefore bring negative influence to the social security.It has disturbed the traffic policeman's task on some certain extent.There are many causes of violent raids on traffic policemen.We should take all kinds of measures to avoid the lawless raids on traffic police and ensure the activities of policemen.
