摘    要:本文结合中国的实际情况,运用层次分析方法和360度考核方法,尝试构建当代中国公务员年度考核的通用模型,即基于AHP的360度公务员绩效考核模型。

Abstract:This essay combined with China's actual conditions,made full use of the methods of AHP and 360-degree feedback appraisal,and attempted to build the general annual examination model for civil servants of contemporary China,that's the 360 degree model of performance evaluation for civil servant based on AHP.
