| 摘 要： | 康德在国际法思想发展史上占有重要地位 ,本文从国际法基本原理的角度逐一分析了康德在国际法上的重要观点 ,并从其批判哲学、法哲学入手指出这些观点背后的理论渊源 ,且结合当代国际实践指出其思想的重大现实意义。

| Abstract: | Kant takes a significant position in the development of thoughts of international laws. The thesis analyzes Kant's important opinions on the international laws with the fundamental theories of international laws. With Kant's criticism on the philosophy and the legal philosophy, the thesis points out the theoretical origins behind Kant's opinions and reveals the practically significant meaning of his thoughts. |
