| 摘 要： | 理性主义作为一种哲学思潮,在人类认识社会秩序、规则方面发挥了重大的作用。但是,建构论和进化论的理性主义对人们认识社会秩序、规则有重大的差异,因此,厘清理性主义的发展过程对我国正在进行的法治之路极为重要。
