高等职业教育国际比较研究的文献述评

目前,我国已有许多高等职业教育国际比较研究的文献,包括高等教育的法制建设、财政制度、管理体制等问题,涉及的国别也很多。而这些研究大都是从一个或几个方面入手探讨一个或几个国家高等职业教育问题,略显片面,应从更广泛的角度进行系统考察。总结国内现有研究成果的缺失,既可以为今后的研究提供借鉴,也能在一定程度上减少由于研究角度不同给政策制定部门带来困扰和误导;在国际比较研究中加强关注、考察世界各国在高等职业教育的制度和政策,有助于解决国内高等职业教育的现实问题,也可为其提供更多的实证依据和政策建设。

Documentation Review of the Comparative Studies in Higher Vocational Education

At present, a huge quantity of referential data on the topic of international comparative studies in higher vocational education can be found in China. The documentation is composed of legal building, financial system, and management institution in reference to various aspects. However, most of these comparative studies are undertaken at one or several facets of the field, or aim at exploration in the issues of vocational education for one or several countries, and thus seem to be somewhat partial. It is therefore necessary to undertake a systematic review of this theme within a broader framework. Analysis of both strength and weakness of the academic outcomes achieved in China up to now will offer lessons to be referential to the studies thereafter, and will help reduce trouble and misguidance to be faced by policy makers as a result of different research angles. A concentrated attention on the systems and policies of higher vocational education adopted by various countries in the world and a review of them based on a comparative study, will be helpful to the solution to some actual problems faced by the higher vocational education in China, and can provide more empirical evidences and stronger policy building capability for such a task.
