| Abstract: | The partition of surplus value among the manufacturers, the natural resource owners and the capital managers is extremely unfair and a distortion of market economy mechanism while the laborers, whoare the creator of surplus value, are being excluded outside the scope and process of production. This essay aims to reassess and analyze labor rights in the hope of achieving a harmonious society on the foundation of a transparent labor fights system. |
