| 摘 要： | 当前，农村的发展情况凸显了乡镇公务员队伍与农村经济社会发展矛盾：乡镇公务员队伍结构与农村经济社会发展、能力素质与农村经济社会发展、依法行政行为与农村经济社会发展的不相适应。只有加快乡镇公务员队伍建设，才能促进农村经济发展，应做到提高乡镇公务员自身素质、提供切实有效的组织支持和营造外部宽松环境。
