| 摘 要： | 受传统单位制社会二元分治的长期影响,在城市与农村形成了二元的权力认同体系。这种不良认同在社会转型中表现为农民工个人的习得性无助心理、城乡社会的文化滞后现象与政府工作中路径依赖行为的社会现象。要实现成功的个体充权,应培养农民工个体的充权意识和社会充权环境的形成。

| Abstract: | Under the long-term duality divided ruling of transitional society based on Danwei,there has been formed duality system of power-identity in urban and rural areas.In the process of social transition,this unhealthy identity is embodied as migrant workers' helpless mentality caused by individual behavior,cultural lag in urban and rural areas and route-relying working mode of government.In order to realize individual empowerment successfully,we should foster migrant workers' individual awareness of empowerment and the forming of social empowerment circumstance. |
