| 摘 要： | 土地沙漠化是我国当前最为严重的生态环境问题之一,人为不合理的经济活动则是造成沙漠化不断扩展的最主要的因素。强调必须运用法律的手段规范人们的经济活动,认真贯彻防沙治沙法,实行依法防沙治沙。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the serious situation of land desertification in China,and in this paper the author put forward desertification is one of the most severe ecological problem in China,and man's unsuitable economic action is the main factor which caused desertification expansion continuously.It is emphasized that we must norm the man's economic activities through the legal means,carry through the law of prevention and controlling desertification.In addition,how to prevent and control sand desertification from the angle of law is discussed. |
