| 摘 要： | 研究行政程序法体例并达成共识,将有力地推动我国行政程序法的制定。在借鉴西方国家行政程序立法的典型体例,以及总结我国行政程序立法理论研究成果的基础上,本文结合湖南省行政程序地方立法实践,对我国行政程序法体例进行建构,以期对国家制定统一的行政程序法有所裨益。

| Abstract: | To study the administrative procedure law style and reach an agreement will advance administrative procedure law legislation much. Basing on referencing typical styles of the western countries and summarizing China’s theoretical research results, this paper, combining with local legislation practice of Hunan province, constructs China’s own administrative procedure law legislation with the hope of promoting a unified one of the state. |
