论高校“形势与政策”课的制度化规范化建设

在我国高校的思想政治课程体系中，相对于比较成熟的理论课程而言，“形势与政策”课的效果还不十分理想，原因是多方面的，而缺乏制度化规范化的管理和建设是一个重要原因。要提高“形势与政策”课的实际效果，一要建立健全领导体制，要有对这项工作的统一领导，这是搞好此项工作不可缺少的组织保证；二要建立健全相应的工作管理机制。使“形势与政策”课真正“贴近实际，贴近生活，贴近学生”。

On Standardization of the Situation and Policies Classes in Universities

In college Ideological and Political education, the effect of ＂Situation and Policies＂ class is not very good, compared with other relatively mature theory courses. And the reasons are many, among which management and construction standardization are important. To improve the effect of it, we need, on the one hand, to set up and perfect leadership system to make it under unified leadership, which is the indispensable organization guarantee. On the other, we need to set up and perfect management system to make sure it closes to the fact, the life, and students.
