浅谈信息参考咨询体系的构建

摘    要:参考咨询工作是图书馆以馆藏文献信息为依托,有针对性地向用户提供信息产品以及信息技术服务的工作。它是图书馆读者服务工作的深化与发展,是发挥图书馆情报功能、开发文献资源、提高文献利用率的重要手段。图书馆参考咨询体系的构成主要包括参考咨询人员、参考咨询信息源、参考咨询平台、参考咨询规范、后台的知识管理等几个要素.各图书馆应结合本馆实际情况,协调各项参考咨询要素的建设与配置,力争构建一个全面、高效、优化、开放的参考咨询体系。

Abstract:Reference service in a library refers to the work based on information,providing informational production and technology for target customers.It deepens and develops the service to readers and it is one of the important measures to exert the information of library,develop literature resources and to improve the use of literature.The construction of library reference service mainly involves the librarians,the information resources,the platform,the criterion and the background knowledge management.Libraries should consider their own conditions,coordinate all elements,try to construct an overall,efficient,optimized and open reference and consultation system.
