| Abstract: | Giving the rights of individuals back to individuals is an indication of the democracy and openness of a society. The revised Marriage Law shows a conformity to this trend of the world with its provisions on family property ownership between husband and wife, to the satisfaction of those husbands and wives who wish to keep their rights to property in their married life. The new law, however, needs to be improved in its definition of the range of such property and the corresponding rights of husband and wife to it. |
