| 摘 要： | 文章由上、下两篇组成.上篇主要探讨以下问题1,认识和把握侦查运动是提高侦查效率的前提和基础;2,弄清楚构成侦查运动的各种联系是认识和把握侦查运动的主要途径;3,侦查运动中的三元关系(即侦查主体、人民群众以及犯罪主体之间的关系)是探讨整个问题的逻辑起点.

| Abstract: | The article is composed of two parts. The first part is as following: 1.To understand and grasp the meaning of the criminal investigation is the precondition and basis in improving the efficiency of the criminal investigation. 2. To realize the various relations forming the criminal investigation is the way to understand and grasp the meaning of the criminal investigation.3. The ternate relation (the detective subject, the civilian and criminal subject) is the logical start for the problem. |
