论重大突发公共安全事件在我国的表现形式

社会不稳定或自然灾害以及其他一些重大突发公共安全事件,不仅使当地、当事国的人民生活秩序受到破坏,同时也会波及其他周边国家,严重时还会造成国际纠纷,引发武装冲突,使非传统安全问题向传统安全问题转化。文章主要以作为非传统安全的主要表现形式之一的重大突发公共安全事件在我国的表现形式为研究对象,分析了当前我国的重大突发公共安全事件的表现形式。

On the Manifestation of Serious and Sudden Public Security Incident in Our Country

The unstable society, natural calamity and other serious and sudden public security incidents not only destroy the life order of the local people and the country concerned, but effect their neighbor countries. Sometimes the incidents even can leads to international disputes and armed clash, transform unconventional security problem into conventional security problem. Taking one of the manifestations of unconventional security problem--serious and sudden public security incident as the research object, this article analyzes the manifestation of our country's serious and sudden public security incident.
