| 摘 要： | 特别权力关系是实实在在存在的一种社会关系,近几年来,在司法审判的推动下,我国的相关研究已经起步。文章分析了特别权力关系的内涵、特征及对我国的启示等,重点提出中国共产党党员和党组织之间的关系也属于特别权力关系。

| Abstract: | The special authority relations are one kind of social relations which really exists,in the last few years,in under the judicial trial impetus,our country's correlation research already started.The article has analyzed the special authority relations connotation,the characteristic and to our country's enlightenment and so on,proposed with emphasis between the Communist Party of China party member and party organization's relations also belong to the special authority relations. |
