我国消防与环保部门联动机制研究

近年来,全国范围内居高不下的火灾发生率不仅给我国的人民财产安全带来了严重的损失,也对生态环境造成了很大的威胁。这就要求我国推动建立消防部门和环保部门之间的联动机制。本文立足现实工作的不足,提出在建审验收、灭火救援、技术研发和日常训练四个方面加强合作,同时明确了我国消防与环保部门联动机制的发展方向,为今后我国消防工作的发展指出一条光明的道路。

A Study on Linkage Mechanism Between Fire-fighting Departments and Environmental Protection Departments in China

In recent years,the higher occurrence rates of fire disasters all over the country not only have been bringing serious damage to people’s property safety and also causing great threat to the ecological environment,which requires to push forward building linkage mechanism between fire-fighting departments and environmental protection departments.Standing on the shortcomings of actual work,this article puts forward strengthening cooperation in four aspects of construction,review,acceptance,fire fighting and rescue work,technology research and development,daily training,and at the same time,makes clear the future development direction of the linkage mechanism and points out a bright road for the development of the fire-fighting work.
