山西农村公共卫生建设的现状分析与对策思考

山西农村公共卫生建设中普遍存在着地方政府对公共卫生投入不足,卫生防疫体制不顺,县、乡、村三级医疗预防保健网作用没有得到有效发挥,农村卫生技术人员队伍素质较低等问题。为此,各级政府应强化对公共卫生建设重要性的认识,完善公共卫生投入机制,提高卫生人员技术素质,建立防治有力、反应快速的疾病预防控制体系,巩固和完善农村公共卫生服务体系。

Ways to Amend Conditions of Public Health in Shanxi Rural Areas

There are some universal problems with public health in rural areas in Shanxi province.The gorernment's input in public health is insufficient,some sanitation and antiepidemic systems are out of order,full scope is not given to the medical prevention and health care network,and not all the medical workers are qualified.For that reason,the governments at all levels should further understand the importance of public health,improve the input mechanism,better the qualities of medical workers,establish an illness prevention control system and consolidate the public health service system.
