| 摘 要： | 统筹区域发展是树立和落实科学发展观的重要内容,也是中国经济发展到新阶段的客观要求.在当前形势下,统筹区域发展面临着诸多现实矛盾,要求政府不断强化综合能力,把握好战略重点,并对统筹区域发展的重要战略区域给予政策支持和援助.

| Abstract: | Making overall planning for regional development is both a substance of acquiring and implementing the scientific concept of development and an objective requirement of the new economic development.Under the China's actual conditions,there are many real difficulties in making overall planning for regional development.That requires the government to constantly improve its comprehensive capacity,get a good hold of the priority in our development strategy and give policy support and aid to the important strategic development regions. |
