| Abstract: | Starting with a depiction of the legislative background of anti elusion measures adopted in America and Europe, this paper makes a comparison between the legislative institutions, behavior modes as well as essential components of anti elusion in America and Europe, Meanwhile, it also analyzes its value outlook and rationality, and discusses the relationship between the stipulation of WTO rules and the rules of original producing areas. |
