浅议艾滋病对社会发展和治安的影响及应对

艾滋病是一种目前无法治愈、病死率极高的传染病,它的广泛流行已成为严重的公共卫生问题和社会问题。目前我国艾滋病流行人群以吸毒人员为主,对社会治安有较大影响。应对措施:普及艾滋病的预防知识;加大对吸毒贩毒及卖淫嫖娼等社会丑恶现象的打击力度;加强和改进戒毒工作;保障艾滋病感染者和患者的权利,社会及各相关部门协同配合遏制艾滋病的流行趋势。

On Influence of AIDS to Social Development and Public Security & Its countermeasures

AIDS( acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome )is a kind of disease can't be healed at the present. Its mortality rate is very high, and its prevalence has become the serious public health problem and social issue. With the spread of AIDS around the world, the infection rate of AIDS in China has been increasing quickly year by year, moreover its infected crowd are mainly drug-addict. Thus the problem has influenced the stability of the public security. In this situation we should take some corresponding measures; to popularize the prevention knowledge of AIDS; to strengthen the strike to the use and sale of drug and whoredom, etc. social evil; to improve the abstaining of drug; to protect the rights of AIDS infector and sufferer; calling on the whole society and related departments to work together to hold back the spread of AIDS.
