| 摘 要： | 最后期限的到来是最能考验和反映谈判者有无真功、实战经验、应变能力、生活阅历的一个阶段。凡是能够接受挑战,并可赢得本次谈判,达到审时度势、把握谈判契机的谈判者,往往都是反劫持谈判专业队伍中的高手、能手、强手。只有通过了第三阶段的难度封锁,取得了第四阶段的入场券,才可能在最后一个谈判阶段中去作冲刺性的语言发挥,创造出一种人性的光辉,达到化腐朽为神奇的目的。

| Abstract: | The approaching deadline of negotiation is the critical moment to test and reflect the negotiators' abilities,competitive skills,resourcefu1 ability and life experiences.Only the very skillful,professional and competent anti-kidnapping negotiators who can bravely face the challenge,properly consider the situation,and then seize the opportunities may win the negotiation.After going through the difficult blockade of the third stage,the negotiators,with admission ticket to the fourth stage,can ultimately convey their meanings to the opponents,showing the glory of human nature,and thus achieve amazing negotiation results. |
