论学校教育中未成年学生的隐私保护

自然人的隐私保护在当前是一个突出的问题,对未成年学生这一群体来讲也是如此,现实生活中,未成年学生的隐私保护体系尚存在缺陷,这种缺陷表现在法律制度、学校教育观念、教育管理模式、社会整体的权利意识等方面,因此,解决未成年学生的隐私保护不仅是一个法律或教育问题,还是一个社会性问题,加强对未成年学生的隐私保护,主要应以素质教育为核心,着眼于学校法治意识、教师素质、以及未成年人自我保护能力提高三个方面。
